Effect of a Movement Imagery-Based Fashion Model Walking Program Using Kinect on EEG Activity and Cognitive Function
摘要
The purpose of the study is to investigate changes and differences in brain wave activity and cognitive function between fashion model walking movement programs based on movement imagery using Kinect. The purpose of this study is to investigate changes and differences in brain wave activity and cognitive function between fashion model walking movement programs based on movement videos using Kinect. The subjects of the study were elderly women, and the program was conducted 10 times per session. As a result of the study, first, significant differences were found in brain wave activity. It has been shown to improve cognitive skills related to attention and problem solving. Second, in the case of cognitive function tests, it was found that there was a significant positive effect based on the rhythm of the steps. In the walking learning program using Kinect, the activity effect according to EEG measurement was found to be higher in the 4-beat step and 2-beat step exercise programs than the pose movement.
