The main goal of this article is to present the concept of an intelligent system for creating sustainable development of labor resources in the employment market in Poland. The study is of a pilot nature and covers three basic elements of such a system: the general concept of the system, the framework of the basic model of shaping the employment market, and the conceptualization of a two-factor mechanism for balancing this market. To achieve the aim of the article, conceptual modeling was used based on the authors’ practical experience, identification of employment model factors based on previous research on the career of an IT specialist, and their own experience using the production function to support sustainable development. The original achievement of this article is the association of these three main elements of the constructed system, which, after systematic and consistent supplementation of its elements, can be used by both academics and business activists for research on the sustainable development of the labor market in the IT sector in Poland.
