The primordial appearing of cerebral vessels and of the Aortic arches is described. In the further evolution, both acquire in the phases lasting from embryo of 9–10 mm to the embryo of 40–44 mm aged of about 2 months, a configuration similar to that of the adult. In particular, the ACA, MCA, AchA, the PCA, and the Vertebro Basilar system are formed and can clearly identified. Appearing and evolution of temporary arteries, the Circle of Willis is formed.
