The understanding can become quantitative by creating either a higher-level System Dynamics model or a detailed Digital Twin. Either way, this integrated approach fosters a more comprehensive picture of a company’s assets and capabilities and enables a more sophisticated and effective formulation of the company strategy. Finally, the principles and techniques of the Balanced Scorecard can be adapted based on the capabilities of modern AI systems to maintain a tighter control on strategy implementation.
