In this chapter, we will use the theories that we have learned from the previous chapters to design transmon qubits on an integrated superconducting chip. The purpose is to highlight some of the design procedures and numerical calculations. We will talk about feedline design, resonator design, and qubit design. Then, we will talk about feedline-resonator coupling and qubit-resonator coupling. We will also briefly mention the design of flux tunable transmon qubit.
