The text presents the results of a study on how relational values associated with the principles of hospitality, recognised as a core value of all human relationships, are experienced and perceived as a quality of pedagogical leadership in socio-educational institutions. To this end, the perceptions of the actors (social pedagogues, socio-educational intervention technicians) on values, practices and training needs in the context of pedagogical leadership based on the value of hospitality were studied. In methodological terms, we opted for a strategy of directly questioning the actors (twelve) through semi-structured interviews. The data collected and analysed allowed us to substantiate the importance of hospitality as a value in human relationships and as a principle of pedagogical leadership, suggesting the relevance of training programmes for actors in hospitable pedagogical leadership, namely training needs in the areas of acquiring pedagogical skills for problem-solving, managing expectations and motivating teams, as well as moderating conflicts.

摘要
