Clinical, Imaging and Histological Findings in Inflammatory Lesions of the Trunk and Limbs
摘要
In dermatology, precise imaging of inflammatory lesions is essential for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment. This chapter explores the application of ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging with surface coil in the assessment of inflammatory skin conditions affecting the trunk and limbs. By leveraging these advanced imaging modalities, clinicians can achieve a detailed understanding of lesion characteristics, including their size, depth, and distribution. Ultrasonography provides real-time, dynamic views of the skin and underlying structures, while MRI with surface coil offers high-resolution, cross-sectional images that reveal deeper tissue involvement. Integrating these imaging techniques into clinical practice enhances diagnostic precision, guides therapeutic decisions, and improves overall patient management for complex inflammatory dermatologic conditions.
