This platform integrates wearable devices to monitor biometric data during ocean healing activities, providing personalized health management programs through real-time data collection. VR content simulating ocean environments enhances the therapeutic experience. Smartwatches measure physical activity, heart rate, and steps. This comprehensive approach leverages advanced ICT technologies for personalized health services. Future research will validate the platform's effectiveness through extensive user testing and refine the system for broader healthcare applications.
