This paper studies the complex relationship between linguistic diversity, decision-making processes, and creativity in the context of contemporary business environments, with a focus on Jordanian companies. Through a meticulous analysis of existing literature and empirical evidence, the researcher highlights the profound impact of linguistic diversity on various aspects of organizational dynamics, including decision-making, innovation, and employee well-being. The paper begins by elucidating the challenges and benefits of linguistic diversity in decision-making processes, emphasizing the importance of aligning strategies with the diverse linguistic landscape of modern workplaces.
