This chapter analyzes the activities and factors to be considered in communication management and leadership in multicultural European projects and how, through cutting-edge technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Project Manager (PM) can succeed in this challenging goal based upon an analysis of literature, experience and its findings in European projects. Besides the high failure rate in projects due to communication management, it is important that in this kind of project, environmental factors for project management in leadership and communication are significant. The interaction of AI and the activities required to successfully develop communication management and project team leadership to overcome difficulties derived from multicultural projects are detailed. This chapter explains critical success factors so the PM can find suggestions and best practices to manage his projects successfully.
