Primary and Secondary Lymphedema
摘要
After clinical diagnosis, precise in-depth imaging must be used for planning surgical therapies. In addition to functional nuclear medicine examinations, ICGL, lymphatic vessel sonography, and magnetic resonance lymphangiography are increasingly demanded by surgeons. The application of lymphatic surgery requires a clear clinical diagnosis to be successful. Imaging procedures must verify the preoperative detection. Only in this way can the success of the new treatment concepts be checked.
