Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming bariatric surgery by enabling personalized, data-driven approaches that enhance patient care and outcomes. This chapter examines the integration of AI in sleeve gastrectomy, emphasizing its transformative role in predictive modeling, clinical decision-making, and intraoperative guidance. Machine learning algorithms demonstrate growing accuracy in predicting postoperative outcomes, such as weight loss, readmissions, and comorbidity resolution. AI-powered large language models improve patient education and consultations, while computer vision systems offer intraoperative support, enhancing safety and surgical precision. Despite these advancements, challenges persist in ensuring external validation, improving generalizability, and addressing ethical considerations. As AI continues to advance, its capacity to refine decision-making, optimize workflows, and individualize care underscores its pivotal role in the future of bariatric surgery.
