Histopathology of Non-Neoplastic Jawbone Lesions
摘要
Non-neoplastic lesions of the jawbones are a diverse group of conditions ranging from reactive lesions to infections and fibro-osseous lesions. Clinical and radiographic features are as diverse as the group of conditions and a correct diagnosis depends on interpreting the radiographic findings in the context of the clinical presentation. Some lesions may be clinically more involved as they affect multiple bones of the body and viscera as in McCune Albright syndrome and Hyperparathyroidism.
