The available literature suggests that BMAC, PRP, adipose-derived MSCs, adipose-derived stromal vascular fraction, microfragmented fat and nanofractured fat therapies contribute to significant improvements in patient-reported outcomes, satisfaction levels, and quality of life in various musculoskeletal disorders. While specific outcomes may vary based on the condition and the individual patient, these regenerative therapies consistently demonstrate positive effects in enhancing the overall well-being of individuals with orthopedic and soft tissue conditions. Further research, including randomized controlled trials with larger sample sizes and long-term follow-up, is essential to establish a comprehensive understanding of the comparative effectiveness and sustained benefits of these regenerative therapies due to the many factors possibly influencing treatment outcomes also in the long-term.
