This study aims to verify the impact of supply chain innovation (SCI) on competitive advantage (CA) through resilience capability (ReC) and robustness capability (RoC). It also addresses new focus areas in the supply chain following the COVID-19 outbreak. This study used a quantitative approach and a survey cross-sectional method. A questionnaire was used for the data collection process through a purposive sampling technique. The sample size consists of 403 respondents employed in manufacturing companies. The data validity and reliability, as well as hypothesis tests, were conducted using SEM-PLS (SmartPLS). This study found that resilience capability (ReC) and robustness capability (RoC) mediated the effect of supply chain innovation (SCI) on supply chain competitive advantage (CA). This study adds to the empirical evidence on supply chain innovation (SCI), validating a model that connects SCI to competitive advantage through robustness and resilience capabilities in the manufacturing sector. It also guides managers on investing in technology and processes innovation, showing that supply chain innovation (SCI), resilience capability (ReC), and robustness capability (RoC) are crucial for competitiveness.
