Euclidean geometry takes as its starting point, concepts that are considered basic or elementary and allow us to analyze the problems of space by applying our intuition. The need to extend these notions of Euclidean space to more complex objects gives rise to the general definition of a vector space. In this way we can think of these spaces with our basic geometric intuitions such as angle, distance, parallelism and orthogonality.

Euclidean geometry takes as its starting point, concepts that are considered basic or elementary and allow us to analyze the problems of space by applying our intuition.
