This study investigates the integration of Open Educational Resources (OER), technology, and culturally responsive pedagogies to address accessibility issues in language education. A survey conducted among 120 higher education students in Malaysia highlighted several key challenges, including limited access to learning materials, technical issues with online platforms, and difficulties due to cultural differences. Despite these challenges, students demonstrated high awareness and regular use of OER, and positively perceived the role of technology in enhancing their learning experience. Culturally responsive teaching was also valued for its positive impact on engagement and motivation. Future research should investigate the long-term effects of these practices on student outcomes and develop strategies to overcome identified barriers. Educators and institutions are encouraged to innovate continuously, leveraging the latest developments in OER, technology, and culturally responsive teaching to foster inclusive and accessible language education environments.

摘要
