The digital cultural industry integrates digital technology and network communication technology, playing a crucial role in the development of China’s cultural industry and digital economy. Since 2020, the metaverse has become a vibrant arena for global technology companies and venture capital, significantly boosting the development of the digital economy and shaping the future of the cultural industry. Mobility theory, as an increasingly common academic perspective, provides a theoretical bridge for interdisciplinary research between the metaverse and the digital cultural industry. Following historical traces and analyzing the evolution and current trends of mobility theory, this paper identifies two aspects of mobility: physical and virtual. Physically, such as the movement of people in cultural spaces, and the flow of cultural data and cultural memory; virtually, such as the flow of cultural ideas and aesthetics, and the mobility of human-machine ethics. Based on this, the paper proposes the following development ideas: establishing a new model for nurturing digital nomads; creating a system for the rights and circulation of cultural data; and enacting policies to guide the construction of digital cultural communities and the cultivation of digital cultural values.

摘要
