Recurrent Pleomorphic Sarcoma of the Thigh Treated with Radiotherapy and Total Femur Prosthesis

The management of lower extremity sarcomas remains challenging, even with present technological advancements and a wide variety of available options. Owing to their rarity, often nonspecific diagnostic imaging findings, and the complexity of treatment required to ensure long-term survival as well as optimal function, sarcoma management necessitates collaborative input across various disciplines, with a special focus on holistic patient care. We discuss a thigh sarcoma case treated with a multimodal and multidisciplinary approach.
