Blockchain-Based Insurance Claim Management: Implementing RSA-Encrypted NFTs for Secure and Transparent Processing
摘要
This paper investigates the application of blockchain technology in insurance claim management, focusing on the use of RSA-encrypted non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and smart contracts to address issues of transparency, security, and efficiency. Traditional insurance claim processes often involve complex and manual steps prone to errors, delays, and fraud. By implementing blockchain technology, we propose a system that automates these processes and ensures that all transactions are transparent and immutable. The study evaluates the performance of blockchain in automating claim processing, securing data, and reducing fraud. It also examines the economic aspects of using blockchain by analyzing transaction fees across several Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM)-compatible platforms. The goal is to highlight the potential of blockchain to transform insurance claim management into a more efficient, secure, and transparent system.
