This chapter aims to describe in a testimonial form an innovative experience within Argentina’s educational field during the time of the world pandemic. The main intention was to support and co-evolve educational initiatives by creating a collective safe, nurturing and learning space in order to develop an interbeing awareness approach to problem-solving for individuals, communities and institutions. The Evolutionary Learning Ecosystem (ELE) was the term coined to host and potentiate through mutual interaction experiential learning. These initiatives decided to join forces and ignite collective intelligence to enhance their impact in their territory, rather than transforming education through each individual endeavor. The exploration of different practices was crucial to their growth which was achieved by creating and sustaining a shared holistic cosmovision and a trusting space. After two years of working together, the need for financial support to maintain the ELE sustainability over time became a burden to the project. As the initiatives evolved and faced many challenges, one methodology emerged to solve them, the Circles of Community Response (CRC). Their focus was and is, till today, to engage with a creative process of problem solving to face challenges within communities or institutions that only through collective and collaborative work can really transcend the current educational paradigm. The revealing effect of ELE and the CRC was the psychological and social regeneration of the people and initiatives that participated during such uncertain and complex times. This is a detailed account of a real time innovative initiative application that serves as an example to other regenerative educational projects.
