Stria Terminalis
摘要
The stria terminalis (ST) forms a C-shape, running lateral to the fornix. The temporal termination is in the amygdala, and ST extends posteriorly, running superior to the hippocampus. The lateral ventricle separates it from the optic radiation. ST then sweeps superiorly and medial around the posterior aspect of the pulvinar and then passes over the posterior surface of the pulvinar, on the inferior border of the lateral ventricle. Anteriorly, ST then passes superiorly to the thalamus, terminating in the bed nucleus of the stria terminalis, inferior to the caudate and lateral to the fornix.
