The temporal longitudinal fasciculus (TLF) is an intratemporal fasciculus that connects the posterior and anterior temporal lobe. Anteriorly, it reaches the anterior middle temporal gyrus and projects posteriorly running lateral to the arcuate fasciculus to the posterior superior temporal gyrus.
