Functional Syndromes After Gastric Resection: Dumping Syndrome, Delayed Gastric Emptying, Roux Limb Stasis, Afferent and Efferent Loop Syndrome
摘要
Gastric resection can result in various functional syndromes. This chapter explores the most common and well-known syndromes, such as dumping syndrome and delayed gastric emptying, as well as other functional syndromes like candy cane syndrome, post-vagotomy diarrhea, bile reflux gastritis, and Roux stasis syndrome. Risk factors and therapeutic approaches for these conditions are also discussed.
