This study investigates how the enhancement of entrepreneurship skills impacts the competitive advantage of small projects funded by the Education for Employment-Jordan. The researcher utilized the descriptive-analytical method and the study was conducted among owners of small projects funded by the Education for Employment-Jordan, who are actively engaged in their work. The total number of respondents was approximately 120. Data was collected through the use of a questionnaire, with 113 questionnaires being analyzed, representing about 94% of the total distributed. These numbers are deemed suitable for the purposes of this study. The findings of the study revealed that the development of entrepreneurship skills in small projects funded by the Education for Employment-Jordan was rated highly, with an average score of 4.04 and a standard deviation of 0.918. The competitive advantage in these small projects was considered to be at a moderate level, with an average score of 3.65 and a standard deviation of 0.826. The findings of the study demonstrated a favorable correlation between the various aspects of cultivating entrepreneurship skills (such as proactivity, creativity, entrepreneurial thinking, and entrepreneurial leadership) and bolstering the dimensions that contribute to a competitive advantage (namely, superior efficiency, superior quality, and superior responsiveness) within small-scale initiatives supported by the Education for Employment-Jordan. Drawing from these results, the researcher put forth a number of recommendations, with a primary emphasis on the importance of fostering entrepreneurship skills and encouraging project employees to actively cultivate and enhance these skills, recognizing the significant advantages they offer in terms of achieving growth, excellence, and leadership.
