Trade contracts are among the most valuable tools for country development and business promotion. In this research article, we will review the role of women in trade agreements, as well as the specific factors hindering their participation in this field. By examining women’s role in trade deals and revealing the obstacles and challenges they face, we can hopefully find the best way to increase their participation and role in business. Women face some unique cultural and religious challenges in trade arrangements. To name just a few, gender discrimination and bias in some societies can be an obstacle to achieving equality in trade agreements. Some women cannot obtain financing and employment opportunities due to lack of social acceptance of their role in business. Additionally, the challenge of accepting women into the field like other nations is another issue that women in commercial contracts may face. Difficulty in reconciling work and personal life is considered one of the greatest challenges faced by women in commercial contracts, which can make it difficult for women to meet professional demands if they have responsibilities as mothers and life partners.
