Balancing stakeholder interests is one of the key challenges in corporate governance of social security organizations. Corporate Governance in Social Security Organizations is a qualitative study of the complex stakeholder dynamics in social security organizations. This study examines the corporate governance practices of social security organizations to identify stakeholders and their interests. Stakeholders—contributors, beneficiaries and taxpayers—have different financial and non-financial interests in social security organizations, which is why stakeholder management and social security corporate governance are core elements of this study. This study uses a conceptual literature review and analytical framework to examine stakeholder dynamics in the context of corporate governance practices in social security organizations. The study is based not only on published academic articles but also on research reports and case studies. The study outlines the conceptual framework that guides the narrative and interpretation of empirical data. Analytical methods were used to analyze empirical data submitted in the form of organizational documents, policy reports and stakeholder feedback. The findings highlight the complexity of how the financial and non-financial interests of stakeholders provide insights into the balance of interests in the corporate governance of social security organizations.
