摘要
The objective of this research was to assess the impact of the smart mobile application provided by Arab Islamic International Bank, specifically focusing on its dimensions of security, ease of use, service availability, privacy, and responsiveness, on customer satisfaction. The study targeted customers of the bank in Zarqa city and employed a simple random sampling technique to distribute a questionnaire consisting of 40 items designed to measure the variables’ dimensions. A total of 550 questionnaires were distributed, and 422 were deemed suitable for analysis, resulting in a retrieval rate of 77%. The collected data was analyzed using statistical tests conducted with SPSS and AMOS software to test hypotheses. The findings revealed a significant relationship between the dimensions of the Islamic Arab smart mobile application and customer satisfaction. Moreover, the application elements were rated highly, and satisfaction levels were also high. Based on the study’s results, it is recommended to simplify the application’s usage and navigation procedures, including the simplification of terminologies such as registration and browsing processes. To assist customers in navigating challenges, it is essential to offer concise and straightforward instructions. This can be achieved by incorporating more visual aids, such as instructional images, to illustrate the application’s usage. Simultaneously, it is crucial to minimize excessive text and lengthy paragraphs. Additionally, the application should feature informative video clips within the help sections, showcasing common issues that customers may encounter and providing solutions. These videos should also address frequently asked questions to further aid customers in using the application and accessing services.
