In the pursuit of discerning the effects of intellectual capital on administrative innovation, employees among pharmaceutical manufacturers within Jordan constitute the focus of this study. The study is structured around two main variables: the independent variable which denotes intellectual capital and its evaluation through three dimensions (human capital dimension, structural capital dimension, relational capital dimension); and the dependent variable which stands for administrative innovation and was assessed through four dimensions (originality dimension, agility dimension, flexibility dimension, risk-taking dimension). A questionnaire was formulated with 38 items to gauge these identified variables; though the total population under study encompassed 1924 individuals, only 348 responses were considered analyzable, marking an 87% response rate. Through reliance on a descriptive-analytical approach complemented by statistical tests facilitated via the SPSS tool, the researchers delved into the intricacies that this study presented. The research came to some interesting findings. Among them, the most notable can be listed as follows: The outcomes displayed a statistically substantial effect of intellectual capital dimensions towards enhancing administrative innovation level in pharmaceutical manufacturing firms, with further indication of a strong positive correlation between both parties. Intellectual capital dimensions seemed to hold a 57% of innovation. On another note, it was revealed that the management level of intellectual capital among these pharmaceutical companies was just average; this applied similarly for their administrative innovation levels as well. In light of these results, the study proposed certain measures such as paying more attention to employees within organizations by understanding their needs and aspirations, ensuring satisfaction at work through remuneration-related reforms alongside capacity building efforts towards human resource development. Another suggestion was to draw competent and high-achieving staff in the actual work environment where they can bring out their best performance and contribute to the company’s success. This can be done by establishing certain criteria and providing remuneration packages according to the capabilities of the employees.
