The objective of this study is to investigate the influence of transformational leadership on organizational excellence in Civil Service Consumer Corporation. The study involves the examination of two variables—transformational leadership as the independent variable and organizational excellence as the dependent variable. Transformational leadership is assessed using four dimensions: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration. Organizational excellence is measured through three dimensions: administrative excellence, cognitive excellence, and human excellence. To measure these variables, a questionnaire comprising 37 items was developed. The study population consisted of 1100 employees working in the institution, and the questionnaire was distributed among a group of employees. A total of 296 questionnaires were deemed suitable for analysis, resulting in a retrieval rate of 85%. In order to describe, analyze, and interpret the phenomenon being studied, the researchers employed a descriptive-analytical approach and utilized various statistical tests through the SPSS software. The findings of the study indicated a statistically significant impact of the dimensions of transformational leadership on enhancing the level of organizational excellence in the consumer civil institution. The dimensions of transformational leadership accounted for 85.1% of the variance in organizational excellence. Furthermore, individual consideration was found to have the highest explanatory power, while idealized influence had the lowest explanatory power among the dimensions of transformational leadership. The study put forth a suggestion that the management of the institution should focus their endeavors on the creation of training programs and workshops that foster creativity, while also taking steps to activate creative processes within the institution. This objective could be accomplished by implementing a financial incentive system for employees as a means to stimulate creativity, as well as intensifying management supervision and monitoring of employees.
