Non-collision Loadcases
摘要
There are many loadcases that a manufacturer considers during the development of automotive structure that are not crash events, and several of these loadcases often define local or global structural loadpath topology. This chapter covers those loadcases, uncovering the governing physics, outlying structural loadpaths, and explaining how the EV vehicle configuration might alter the structural strategy. Building the reader’s intuition of structural behavior is a goal of the chapter, and the material is presented in a manner to foster that. How the EV vehicle configuration impacts loadcases is also captured.
