Rogers’s Diffusion of Innovation Theory is one theory that organization leaders, employees, HRD professionals, and researchers can use to help them innovate and integrate technology throughout VR environments. It can also help them understand the different adoption rates of technology by the different generations of employees in organizations and those who choose VR jobs.
