Terrestrial Laser Scanning
摘要
Laser scanning technology has become, in a short time, one of the main innovations in Geomatics for geospatial data collection. Based on LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) technology, which allows the precise and reflectorless measurement of the distance between a sensor and a measurement object by means of spatial scanning (3D scanning) and at a measurement speed of thousands of points per second, laser scanning has established a new method of 3D geospatial data acquisition based on the vectorisation or spatial modelling of the set of scanned points with known spatial coordinates (X, Y, Z).
