The study explores the interplay between HBIM (Historic Building Information Modeling) and sustainability, highlighting their joint advantages for heritage conservation. Sustainability encompasses responsible resource management while HBIM enhances documentation, analysis, and decision-making for historical structures. This relationship offers benefits such as adaptive reuse, energy efficiency, material conservation, long-term planning, and environmental impact assessment. The case study utilizes terrestrial laser scanning and photogrammetry to survey the mansion and Autodesk Revit for accurate modeling. The restoration process emphasizes sustainability and material conservation while engaging the community. Through inclusive design, education, and local involvement, the mansion becomes a testament to harmonizing historical preservation with modern sustainable practices.
