Hepatic arterial infusion pump chemotherapy gained renewed interest over the past decade. For years, this treatment was limited to a few centers due to limited availability and regulatory issues of infusion pumps and floxuridine as well as safety concerns of hepatic arterial infusion pump chemotherapy. In recent years, centers in and outside the USA have initiated programs dedicated to hepatic arterial infusion pump chemotherapy. This chapter discusses issues relevant for those initiating such a program from an international perspective.
