Indeed, globalization has made it easier to execute illegal cross-border activities. The fact that Transnational Organized Crimes involve criminal activities that extend beyond national borders explains why a transnational dimension is required to tackle this challenge. Therefore, this study focuses on legal responses to TOC. Drawing from existing literature, this study explores the legal framework in response to TOC through a doctrinal approach. The aim is to examine how progressive the law has been in the wake of globalization. The findings of this study suggest that TOC is a major threat to the political, economic, and social stability of states. Essentially, it has been established that the role of law in tackling the challenges posed by TOC cannot be overstated.
