摘要

The general objective of this article is to analyze the importance of knowledge management to promote investigative intelligence in higher education students through the creation of reflective spaces in learning by doing to address the real problems of the current social context. Therefore, several authors were consulted, for example: Nagles 2007, in the theory of knowledge management as a source of innovation; Cabrales 2021, in a contribution to the development of intelligence; Silva 2022, proposal of strategies in research skills, as other important references in this research. In the methodological process, the quantitative approach is considered through descriptive research and field-transactional design; the population consisted of students of universities in Ecuador, both at public and private level, who are studying undergraduate studies in the first levels and in the subjects of the common core. For which an instrument based on the Likert scale was applied by means of the survey technique to know their opinion in the distribution of the elaborated questions. The results show a high interest of the students in the aspects of research literacy, critical thinking, co-creation of scientific text, knowledge management and strategies to promote research intelligence. Consequently, it is recommended to promote the research culture as a transversal axis in universities through reading circles, seminars, work tables, poster presentations or blogger, where the protagonists are the students to communicate the results of the research carried out, allowing them to develop not only research intelligence but also oratory skills and analytical capacity to present knowledge management.
