The quality of digital services in higher education plays a crucial role in student satisfaction, which has sparked growing interest in this issue in Morocco. This study aims to comprehensively examine the impact of digital service quality on student satisfaction in higher education institutions nationwide. This study contributes to the understanding of the critical importance of digital services in higher education in Morocco and provides valuable information for higher education institutions and policy makers to improve the quality of students’ educational experience. Specific recommendations are made to strengthen the quality of digital services and promote student satisfaction.
