Impact of Flexible Work Arrangements on Team Collaboration: An Empirical Study in Airlines
摘要
This research aims to empirically investigate the positive impact of flexible work arrangements on team collaboration within the context of the Jordanian Royal Airline. As organizations globally adapt to the evolving landscape of work, flexible work arrangements have emerged as a critical element influencing employee satisfaction and team dynamics. However, limited empirical evidence exists, particularly within the unique setting of the airline industry. This study addresses this gap by conducting a comprehensive examination of the relationship between FWAs and team collaboration in the specific context of Jordanian Royal Airlines. The outcomes of this research include the identification of key factors contributing to the positive impact of flexible work arrangements on team collaboration within the airline industry, with a focus on the unique cultural and organizational context of Jordanian Royal Airlines. Findings from this study provide practical insights for human resource professionals and organizational leaders seeking to optimize collaborative efforts through the strategic implementation of flexible work arrangements.
