This chapter presents an elaboration of the propositions of the TOE model within a non-western organization. The study was conducted at the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), a public sector organization in Nigeria. It explores the relationship between the propositions of the TOE model and the implementation of information technology (IT) integration, elucidating how this implementation can enhance service delivery in public sector organizations. Employing a quantitative research design, the study collected data through an online questionnaire survey. Partial Least Squares-Structured Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was utilized to analyze the data and validate the proposed model. The study’s outcome culminated in the development of an IT Integration Implementation Model, tailored to enhance service delivery in public sector organizations within non-western settings. This model is poised to be a valuable reference for stakeholders and researchers in the realm of IT integration implementation, specifically addressing the unique requirements of public sectors in Non-Western Organizations.
