This study investigates the intricate interplay between entrepreneurial orientation and human resource performance within the specific context of the Petroleum Retailing Company, Total Jordan. The primary objective was to explore and analyze the relationship between these key constructs in a real-world setting. Utilizing a case study approach, the research engaged managers and supervisors within Total Company Jordan, distributing 117 questionnaires. The analysis encompassed 102 valid responses, accounting for an 87% response rate, while 15 responses (13%) were excluded due to invalidity for statistical testing purposes. By employing SPSS software for statistical analysis, the study delved into the correlation between entrepreneurial orientation dimensions and human resource performance indicators within the petroleum retailing sector. The investigation focused on comprehending how entrepreneurial orientation influences and shapes various facets of human resource performance within Total Company Jordan. The findings of this study shed light on the nuanced relationship between entrepreneurial orientation strategies and the subsequent impact on enhancing human resource performance in the petroleum retailing domain.
