This research endeavors to explore the intersection of creativity and sustainable performance within the administrative landscape of major municipalities in Jordan. The study hypothesizes that a positive correlation exists between creativity within municipal administrations and the sustainable performance of these entities. By examining creative initiatives such as fluency, flexibility, originality, and problem sensitivity, the research seeks to identify key drivers that enhance sustainable performance. The findings of this research hold practical implications for municipal leaders, policymakers, and urban planners, providing actionable insights into fostering creativity for sustainable urban development. This research contributes to the growing discourse on creativity and sustainability within the public administration domain, specifically within the unique context of major municipalities in Jordan.
