Challenging applications such as holographic communications, Internet of Everything (IoE), tactile Internet, and quantum communications can be well managed and optimized with the help of digital twins. Digital twins-enabled wireless networks provide the capability of self-configured and online learning to underlying processes and systems, which not only enhances the data rate and connectivity, but also maximizes the system security. In this chapter, different security attacks on the digital twins-enabled wireless technology have been explained with a focus on the physical interaction layer and twin layer. Different security measures that could be adopted to mitigate these threats have also been discussed in detail with respect to different layers of communications for the digital twins-enabled wireless networks. Open issues, challenges, and future research directions regarding the security paradigm for digital twins-enabled wireless networks have also been encompassed briefly.
