Various frameworks highlight the importance of understanding individual roles, team objectives, and interaction knowledge, enabling synchronized and efficient operations. Different types of SMMs are discussed, including those related to technology, tasks, team interactions, and member attributes. The review also explores factors affecting knowledge sharing, such as organizational culture, team dynamics, cultural differences, individual traits, motivation, and technology usability and their influence on employee performance.
