This paper proposes a mediated-moderated framework intended to expand entrepreneurship research from the knowledge management (KM) perspective. Even though many researchers have examined the relationship between KM enablers and knowledge management processes (KMPs), the findings of previous empirical studies have been inconsistent. Additionally, only a few studies have investigated the impact of KMPs on entrepreneurial performance (EP), so this relationship lacks sufficient understanding. Admittedly, research on knowledge-oriented leadership (KOL) is still in its infancy, so future research is needed. Therefore, this paper provides the basis of a conceptual framework, considering the role of knowledge management in entrepreneurial activities and testing direct and indirect effects of KM enablers, KMPs, and innovation speed on entrepreneurial performance.

摘要
