Chapter 1: An Economic, Social and Energy Blueprint for Carbon Neutrality
摘要
China’s economy is growing steadily. By 2035, the country’s per capita GDP is expected to reach the level of a moderately developed country. By 2060, China will become a modern socialist country in all respects. Its economic growth will shift from capital-driven to innovation-driven and from investment-driven to consumption-driven. The economic structure will be continuously optimised, with the tertiary (service) sector accounting for about 70% of GDP by 2060.
