In medical field, human error is a major complicated and failures in all the surgical procedures. On the other hand, mixed reality enables the process of reconstructive surgeries. Mixed Reality (MR) or Hybrid Reality (HR) is a technology that combines elements of Virtual and Augmented Reality (VR and AR). This research paper discusses the implementation of Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality (AR) in medicine, specifically virtual surgery technology. Surgeons can utilize MR to construct accurate, comprehensive simulations of the human anatomy to plan and practice treatments before carrying them out on live patients. With the widespread adoption of technological advances in the medical sphere, the potential for MR advancement is limitless. This study covers the content and technological properties of mixed reality-based medical operation visualisation systems. It also discusses a few prevalent uses of mixed reality technology in healthcare settings. The Simulation we have also used Unity 3D, which is a gaming engine for creating Mixed Reality (MR) applications, such as those used in surgery. Real-time rendering, physics simulation, and cross-platform portability are just a few of the tools and capabilities that make Unity 3D an appealing alternative for MR creation.

With the widespread adoption of technological advances in the medical sphere, the potential for MR advancement is limitless. This study covers the content and technological properties of mixed reality-based medical operation visualisation systems.
