This paper explores the application of Augmented Reality (AR) in organizational training. The paper focused on a maintenance task for a seamer machine. One of the main features of the provided tool is the availability of a virtual toolbox to teach trainees on which tools they have to use at every stage. The experiment that was carried out compared AR training and traditional training methods. Findings suggest that AR training is better in engagement and learning effectiveness.] The findings showed that AR was in fact effective and this could in turn change the way training is carried out in different industries.
