Radiographic Testing (RT) is to be carried out according to procedures based on ISO 17636-1 or in accordance with an accepted recognised standard, in additional to the general requirements stipulated in this chapter. Radiographs are to be made using a single source of either x- or gamma radiation. These requirements are intended to apply to full penetration welds of steel and aluminium alloys.
