Aiming at the problems of “big inertia, big delay and nonlinear” in flue gas waste heat recovery system, a flue gas waste heat recovery control system based on fuzzy control algorithm is proposed. The system realizes automatic control of flue gas waste heat recovery system by fuzzy treatment of flue gas temperature and flue gas flow. The test results show that the control system of flue gas waste heat recovery based on fuzzy control algorithm can better control the temperature and flow of flue gas, so as to realize the control of efficiency and energy saving of industrial boiler.

摘要

Aiming at the problems of “big inertia, big delay and nonlinear” in flue gas waste heat recovery system, a flue gas waste heat recovery control system based on fuzzy control algorithm is proposed.
